This website is operated by Nerovella. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nerovella.
By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website or place an order.
1. Eligibility

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products and Product Information

Because products may be photographed under different lighting conditions or viewed on different screens, actual colors and appearance may vary slightly.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical, typographical, supplier, or system error, Nerovella reserves the right to correct the error and cancel the affected order before fulfillment.
If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
4. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Nerovella reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Inventory or fulfillment problems
- Payment verification issues
- Unusually large quantities
- Suspected resale abuse
- Previous fraudulent activity or abusive transactions
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
We may request additional verification before processing an order when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention.
5. Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. We do not control the processing times or internal policies of your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
6. Fraud Prevention
Nerovella may use fraud-prevention and payment-verification systems to protect customers and our business.
Orders identified as potentially high-risk may be held for review, require additional verification, or be cancelled and refunded.
Attempted fraud, unauthorized payment use, falsified claims, manipulated evidence, return abuse, or other deceptive activity may result in cancellation of orders and restriction from future purchases.
7. Fulfillment Partners
Nerovella may use third-party fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and shipping partners to fulfill customer orders.
Products may therefore ship from different fulfillment locations.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
The use of fulfillment partners does not change the customer’s contractual relationship with Nerovella for purchases made through our website.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates, processing times, estimated delivery windows, tracking, address requirements, delayed shipments, refused packages, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, transportation interruptions, government procedures, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically entitle an order to cancellation or refund after fulfillment has begun, except where required by applicable law.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, order cancellations, non-returnable products, and return-shipping costs are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact Nerovella before returning merchandise.
Products returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Nerovella is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional shipping charges, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
11. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information once it becomes available.
If a carrier records a package as delivered but the customer cannot locate it, Nerovella may assist with an investigation.
A carrier delivery confirmation does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. Claims will be reviewed based on the circumstances and available evidence.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with an order, please contact support@nerovella.com so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Submitting knowingly false information, duplicate refund claims, fraudulent disputes, or false claims of non-delivery may constitute abuse of our services.
13. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discounts, and coupon codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, and usage limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previous purchases. Nerovella reserves the right to cancel or correct promotions offered because of technical or pricing errors.

The Nerovella name, website design, logos, graphics, written content, and other original materials appearing on this website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.
